I only wanted two things for Mother’s Day this year.

1) A cute photo with both kids in the same picture. Amazingly we got Juniper to sit still long enough to take one! (Yet again wearing their matching outfits. I promise my kids own other clothes!)

2) A love letter from Shaun. Which of course, I didn’t tell him that I wanted. You can’t just say “Hey you, write me a love letter!” Well, I guess you COULD… But I’m old fashioned. I did get my letter though!! It was wonderful. I have such a great husband. I love my little family. ?

My mother-in-law sent me this BEAUTIFUL necklace. Isn’t it pretty! I’ve been wearing my engagement ring on the same chain, because sadly it doesn’t fit my fat, post-baby finger at the moment… Is it sad that one of my fitness goals is to be able to wear my engagement ring again?

I’ve got so many fun things planned for the next week! Lots of sewing projects, some creative baking and a craft night! AND we have family visiting this weekend, which I ALWAYS love!
