I found this cookie recipe on Pinterest a few weeks ago, and randomly decided to give it a try on Sunday morning with the kids while Dad slept in. This recipe is ridiculously easy, and so healthy that I didn’t mind at all that we all snacked on cookies all day. I added in a handful of raisins and maybe 2 Tbsp of peanut butter. I think chopped up apples would be great too. Juniper had fun smashing all of the ingredients together. And for once I didn’t care if anyone ate the extra cookie dough! Normally raw cookie dough totally grosses me out. My husband disagrees and could eat a whole bowl of chocolate chip cookie dough in one afternoon. Yuck. We agree to disagree.
I will for sure be making more of these this week.
Are they like rice crispy treats? They look like they would be sugary. What cereal is that?
It’s a banana, some plain oats, a little peanut butter, and some raisins. Baked for 15 minutes at 350.
