Just last week, I was talking to my husband about the fact that I’ve never drawn a cat. I’ve drawn a few dogs, but never cats. A lot of people who commented on Amanda’s giveaway mentioned their cats, but obviously the winning painting didn’t include any pets. So when a guy at work asked me to paint a picture of his sister-in-law’s cat as a graduation gift, I had to laugh. Look like I got to paint a cat after all!

Juniper got super excited when she saw the sketch. She wants a “cat for the kitchen and a dog for the rest of the house”. That girl is so silly.
